PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

Helen’s primary focus has always been on the client and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. 

Here at Rationale, Helen’s passion and energy continues to be drawn towards people. She can expertly identify and coordinate resources to support Rationale’s executive team, employees and clients alike. Her interests and responsibilities lie in business improvement and business operating functions such as; business policy and executive support, human resources,  recruitment and health and safety.

Prior to Rationale, Helen had developed a specialist set of client-centric skills including business marketing, client relationship management, client services and project management. As a result of her passion and focus, she held roles in marketing management and proved herself as a dynamic and outcome focused project manager. Helen joined Rationale after more than a decade of specialised experience in telecommunications, contact centre and IT related service industries.

PERSONAL OVERVIEW

Born and raised in Cambridge, Waikato. Helen moved to Queenstown in 2013 to seek out new experiences and surround herself in the great outdoors.

A keen hiker, completing her first great walk ‘The Milford Track’ at the age of 9, the move enabled her to 'knock off' a number of tramps alongside personal sporting challenges including a marathon, half marathons, tri-team events and even relearning to ski as an adult.

Helen now enjoys sharing her love for the outdoors and New Zealand’s beautiful natural spaces, with her partner Todd, and passing that joy on to her two young daughters and crazy ginger Vizsla “Chai”. With their spare time they make sure to get out camping, fishing, kayaking, and hiking in the bush together as a family.

Helen believes in turning up, working towards meaningful goals and holding on to your sense of humour when things get rocky!
